aiways-u5-2019-shock-absorber-front-rear-32215
Aiways U5 2019+ Shock Absorber – Front / Rear

Product overview

A replacement shock absorber listed for the Aiways U5 electric SUV, available in front or rear positions. Shock absorbers control how the body moves over bumps and how firmly the tyres stay in contact with the road, so replacing tired units can bring back a settled ride and confident braking and cornering. Worn dampers can also lengthen stopping distances and accelerate tyre wear, so replacing them is worthwhile once leaks or excessive bounce appear.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists a single entry: the Aiways U5, 2019 onwards. However, the listing also refers to Nissan and to the Toyota Vios, and states "all OEM" rather than a specific part number. With no OE-reference number confirmed and conflicting vehicle references, fitment is unverified and must be checked against your vehicle before ordering. The listing also describes the product as customisable, which suggests specifications may vary by order.

Key features

Front or rear position options

Steel and iron construction, as stated in the part listing

Mount included, as listed

New condition replacement part

Supplied boxed

Intended for replace and repair work

Technical specifications

Part type

Shock absorber

Position

Front or rear

Shock absorber type

Listed as "Other"

Material

Steel and iron

Items included

Mount

Approx. packed dimensions

50 x 20 x 20 cm

Approx. packed weight

3.0 kg

Installation requirements

Shock absorbers should be replaced in axle pairs to keep handling balanced. The Aiways U5 is a high-voltage electric vehicle, so work should only be performed by a technician trained to work safely around EV systems. Professional installation is recommended, followed by a wheel alignment check if any suspension geometry is disturbed.

Fitment checks before ordering

Listing information for this item is limited and partly contradictory.
