It is listed for Audi A6 and A7 Sportback models and provides the structural mounting point for the radiator, cooling modules and front-end components. It is commonly needed following front-end collision repair.

The radiator support also locates the bonnet latch and headlights, so a damaged carrier can cause panel misalignment or latching problems. Replacing it allows the front-end components to be refitted to their correct positions and helps restore consistent gaps around the bonnet and bumper.

Vehicle compatibility

The listed fitment data contains 94 rows, including:

Audi A6 C8 saloon and Avant from 2019 onward (40 TDI, 45 TDI quattro, 40 TFSI and 55 TFSI e quattro, S6 TDI)

Audi A7 Sportback from 2020 onward, including mild hybrid, plug-in hybrid and RS7 variants

Audi A6 C7 Avant and A6 Allroad C7 2014–2018 with 1.8/2.0 TFSI, 3.0 TFSI and 2.0/3.0 TDI engines

Because the list spans both C7 and C8 generations, please confirm by OE number or VIN before ordering.

Key features

New replacement radiator support for repair or replacement use

Black finish as listed

Vehicle-specific design for Audi A6 and A7 platforms

Supplied as a single piece

Technical specifications

Part type

Front radiator support / mounting bracket

OE-reference number

4K0 805 594

Colour

Black

Condition

New

Approx. packed dimensions

120 x 30 x 80 cm

Approx. packed weight

15.0 kg

Installation requirements

Installation involves removing the bumper, headlights and cooling package and may require air conditioning evacuation and recharge.
