It references a family of OE numbers: 3B0805594BD, 3B0805594BE, 3B0805594BML, 3B0805594BC, 3B0805594BJ, 3B0805594BM and 3B0805594BH. The support holds the radiator, condenser, headlights and bonnet latch in position, and is frequently cracked or distorted in front-end impacts. A distorted support can leave headlights misaimed and the bonnet poorly latched, so replacing it is an important part of a quality repair.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists 95 entries (30 shown), including Passat B5 (and 3B2) sedan, Passat B5 Estate (3B5) and Variant, and Passat B5.5 sedan and Variant, with production dates from 1997 to late 2005. The Skoda Superb I (2001 to 2005) also appears. Engines listed include 1.6, 1.8, 1.8 T, 2.0, 2.3 V5/VR5, 2.8 V6, 1.9 TDI and 2.5 TDI, including 4motion versions, with more listed beyond those shown. The different suffixes may reflect equipment or production variations, so compare the number on your existing support or check your VIN before ordering.

Key features

New replacement radiator support for front-end repairs

Multiple OE-reference numbers listed to help with matching

Restores mounting points for cooling components, lights and the bonnet catch

Suits sedan and estate body styles listed

Technical specifications

Part type

Radiator support / front carrier

OE-reference numbers

3B0805594BD, BE, BML, BC, BJ, BM, BH

Vehicles

Passat B5 / B5.5, Skoda Superb I

Condition

New

Approx. packed dimensions

160 x 70 x 75 cm

Approx. packed weight

13.5 kg

Installation requirements

Fitting requires removal of the front bumper, headlights, radiator and condenser, and the air conditioning system may need to be degassed and recharged.
