Air guides direct airflow from the bumper opening to the front cooling components and help manage aerodynamics beneath the nose of the vehicle. A cracked or missing deflector can reduce cooling efficiency for the battery and climate systems and may allow debris to collect behind the bumper.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists the SAIC Volkswagen ID.6 X from 2021. The ID.6 X is a China-market seven-seat electric SUV, and this part is not expected to fit other ID models without confirmation. It is best suited to importers, workshops and owners of grey-import ID.6 vehicles.

Key features

Direct replacement for the OE front air guide panel

ABS plastic construction

Helps channel airflow to cooling components

Restores a complete, tidy fit behind the front bumper

Keeping underbody panels intact also helps protect components from road spray and gravel.

Technical specifications

Part type

Front bumper air guide / air deflector panel

OE-reference number

12D805915

Material

ABS plastic

Position

Front

Condition

New

Sold per

Piece

Approx. packed dimensions

30 x 20 x 20 cm

Approx. packed weight

3.0 kg

Installation requirements

Access usually requires removing the front undertray and, in some cases, the bumper cover.
