vw-jetta-sedan-boot-lid-1k5827025-73657
VW Jetta Sedan Boot Lid 1K5827025

Product overview

This boot lid (trunk lid) is a new replacement panel for the Volkswagen Jetta sedan, listed against OE-reference number 1K5827025. It is designed for vehicles that have suffered rear-end collision damage, hail damage or corrosion along the lower edge of the lid, where repairing the original panel would be impractical or uneconomical.

Vehicle compatibility

The part listing describes this lid as suitable for the VW Jetta A6 from 2011. However, the listing attributes list the Jetta III (1K2) and Golf V models from roughly 2005–2010, and the 1K5827025 part number is typically associated with the earlier Jetta body. The 41-row fitment data also includes Golf Variant wagons, which do not use a sedan boot lid. Because the information is contradictory, please confirm compatibility with your own vehicle before ordering.

Key features

Replacement boot lid for the Jetta sedan body

Referenced to OE number 1K5827025

Designed to replace a damaged original panel

Allows the rear of the vehicle to be restored with a single panel swap

Technical specifications

Part type

Boot lid / trunk lid

OE reference

1K5827025

Option shown by listing

Fender LH (appears to be a listing error; this item is a boot lid)

Condition

New

Approx. packed dimensions

160 x 70 x 75 cm

Approx. packed weight

13.5 kg

Installation requirements

A panel beater should fit, align and paint the boot lid.
