We want you to be completely satisfied with your AsiaParts purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original, undamaged packaging
- Incorrect — meaning you received the wrong item
- Defective or damaged on arrival
Fitment / Wrong Part Ordered
We strongly recommend verifying your vehicle's make, model, year, and engine code against the product listing before purchasing. If you ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The item must be returned unused and in original packaging for a refund of the product price (less original shipping).

Defective or Damaged Items
If your part arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@asiapartsstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
