At AsiaParts, we source parts directly from trusted Asian manufacturers and ship worldwide. Here's everything you need to know before you order.

Where We Ship

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and select international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Our parts are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in Asia. Please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

  • Australia: 10–25 business days
  • New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–35 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, or remote delivery locations. We always provide a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Tracking

All orders include full tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear as your parcel moves through international logistics.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders to Australia and New Zealand, most standard-value shipments clear customs without additional fees. For larger orders, import duties or GST may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare all goods at their accurate value in compliance with customs regulations and never under-declare.

We work with DHL Express, Australia Post eParcel, and trusted regional carriers to ensure reliable, tracked delivery to your door.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or has not arrived within 40 business days of your order date, please contact us at info@asiapartsstore.com. We will investigate immediately and make it right — replacement or full refund.
