    AU to BF Series 2 (07/1998–03/2008)
    BF Series 3 Wagon (03/2008–10/2011)
  • Ford Territory – SX, SY, SZ (02/2004–2016) for all model variants without indicator light on door mirror
  • Ford LTD – BF, BL (2003–2007)
