INSTALLATION NOTES
- During chain installation, ensure the chainwheel and sprocket are aligned in a straight line.
- After installing carburetor and throttle cable, rotate the throttle to confirm smooth carburetor operation.
- When installing the clutch cable, hold the clutch handle and spin the rear wheel to confirm free rotation; releasing the clutch should stop the wheel.
- Adjust chain tension so that when pressed downward, chain sag is approximately 0.5–1 cm.
- Securely tighten spark plug, muffler, carburetor and all mounting bolts.
- Verify all electrical connections are correctly and securely connected.
- Engine break-in: use approximately 8 oz of 2-stroke oil per gallon of petrol during the initial run-in period.

- Always wear an appropriate, approved helmet and protective gear when riding.
- Ensure adequate front and rear lighting if operating at night.
- Regularly inspect chain tension, fasteners and fuel lines before use.
- Observe all local laws and regulations regarding motorized bicycles.
