INSTALLATION NOTES

• During chain installation, ensure the chainwheel and sprocket are aligned in a straight line.
• After installing carburetor and throttle cable, rotate the throttle to confirm smooth carburetor operation.
• When installing the clutch cable, hold the clutch handle and spin the rear wheel to confirm free rotation; releasing the clutch should stop the wheel.
• Adjust chain tension so that when pressed downward, chain sag is approximately 0.5–1 cm.
• Securely tighten spark plug, muffler, carburetor and all mounting bolts.
• Verify all electrical connections are correctly and securely connected.
• Engine break-in: use approximately 8 oz of 2-stroke oil per gallon of petrol during the initial run-in period.
