Description

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Pair of rear standard-height gas shock absorbers designed for Ford Falcon, Fairmont, Fairlane and LTD solid axle sedans (non-IRS). Supplied with new heavy duty bump stops. Reference part numbers: 360090, ZPN-02106.

COMPATIBILITY & NOTES

  • Suits Ford Falcon, Fairmont, Fairlane & LTD solid axle sedans only.
  • Will NOT suit IRS rear suspension models.
  • Suitable for models with self-levelling rear suspension when converted to standard type.
  • When fitting to self-levelling vehicles, rear springs must be replaced and the self-levelling warning light fuse disconnected.
  • Includes AU models with rear beam axle (does not suit IFS rear suspension).
  • Does not suit station wagons or utes.
  • Does not suit lowered springs.

  • Low pressure nitrogen gas charged for consistent damping.
  • Double chromed 12 mm piston rods for strength and corrosion resistance.

  • Low friction multi-lip NOK seals on all applications.
  • Individually dyno tested for quality assurance.
  • Optimised bump and rebound characteristics for handling and comfort.
  • Durable construction suitable for on- and light off-road use.

INSTALLATION TIP

  • Tighten the lower mounting bolt to 80 Nm to prevent noise and ensure correct operation.
