This 200 series oil catch can kit is designed to reduce oil vapour contamination in the intake system of Mitsubishi Triton MQ/MR and Pajero Sport QE 2.4L diesel engines. It provides efficient crankcase ventilation, helping protect turbochargers and intake components from sludge and carbon build-up.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Internal design separates air and oil vapour by directing heavier oil and water particles to the sides of the can
• Vacuum limiting valve regulates vacuum inside the can
• Highly adjustable mounting bracket can swivel 180° around the can
• Helps prevent oil entering the turbocharger and intake, reducing sludge build-up
• High efficiency oil separation for modern turbocharged engines
• Can include bypass valve and crankcase pressure regulation valve (integrated in lid, where applicable)
• Pressure vent in cap to help prevent over-pressure in the crankcase
• Top cap access allows element maintenance without removing fittings or disconnecting hoses
• Reduces engine oil consumption compared with less efficient separators or open systems
