Description

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

3° caster correction bush kit for Toyota LandCruiser FJ80, FZJ80, HZJ80 and HDJ80 radius arms. Designed to correct caster angle when raised suspension springs are installed. Reference: RR9259EK, ZPN-00787.

KEY FEATURES

  • 3° eccentric offset bushes to restore correct front axle caster
  • Improves on-road steering geometry, handling and control
  • Reduces uneven tyre wear caused by lifted suspension
  • Enhances off-road stability for lifted vehicles
  • Engineered crush tubes and outer shells for strength
  • Includes instructions and diagram/template

KIT CONTENTS

  • 4 x high quality polyurethane 3° caster bushes
  • Radius arm to differential mount eccentric offset bush set

Suits vehicles with approximately 70–100 mm (3–4") suspension lift, where caster correction is required.

MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION

  • Material: Polyurethane
  • Specially blended elastomer for high durability
  • Excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, oil and grease
  • Designed for harsh off-road and high-load conditions
  • Hardened steel tubes (where applicable) treated for corrosion resistance

INSTALLATION NOTES

  • Approximate fitting time: 1.5–2 hours plus wheel alignment
  • Recommended tools: 24 mm socket and ratchet, 19 mm and 24 mm ring spanners, hydraulic workshop press
  • Wheel alignment required after installation
  • Use lithium or silicone based grease only on polyurethane bushes
  • Do not use wheel bearing or standard rubber grease
  • Professional installation by a licensed workshop is recommended
