Description

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Set of 4 brand new heavy duty gas shock absorbers with extended travel, designed to suit 50mm raised Toyota LandCruiser 40 Series models, including BJ40, BJ42, FJ40, FJ45, HJ45 and HJ47 (approx. 02/1974–10/1984). Reference: ZPN-01941.

KEY FEATURES

  • Heavy duty, big bore gas charged design for lifted vehicles
  • Extended travel to suit approximately 50mm raised suspension
  • Reinforced lower stone guard protection
  • Quality rubber bushes with eye mounts top and bottom
  • Optimised bump and rebound settings for 4x4 use

FRONT SHOCK SPECIFICATIONS

  • Position: Front
  • Bore: 35 mm big bore gas
  • Mount type: Eye top / eye bottom with rubber bushes
  • Open length: 530 mm
  • Closed length: 330 mm (body specification table), approx. 325 mm quoted

REAR SHOCK SPECIFICATIONS

  • Position: Rear
  • Bore: 35 mm big bore gas
  • Mount type: Eye top / eye bottom with rubber bushes
  • Open length: 635 mm
  • Closed length: 375 mm

PERFORMANCE & BUILD

  • Low pressure nitrogen gas charged
  • Big bore body with enhanced oil capacity
  • Double chromed 16 mm piston rods (where applicable in range)
  • Multi-lip seals for durability
  • Individually dyno tested for quality assurance
  • 4x4-oriented rebound and bump valving

FITMENT DETAILS

This is a vehicle-specific raised-height shock absorber kit. It is intended for Toyota LandCruiser 40 Series models with approximately 50 mm suspension lift. Always confirm compatibility against your vehicle details and existing mounting type (eye/eye) before purchase or installation.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 2 x Front heavy duty gas shock absorbers (eye/eye)
  • 2 x Rear heavy duty gas shock absorbers (eye/eye)
  • Rubber bushes pre-fitted or supplied for all mounts

INSTALLATION NOTES

  • Professional installation recommended
  • Check lengths and mounts against existing shocks before fitting
  • Torque all fasteners to manufacturer specifications
  • Re-check fasteners after initial kilometres of off-road use
