Important Installation Note

If your vehicle is equipped with window regulators or motors featuring an anti-pinch function, follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions when installing and resetting the system. Do not operate the motor before it is correctly installed in the door, as the anti-pinch function may require resetting.

Resetting Anti-Pinch Function (Summary)

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform a reset cycle.
• Use short up/down switch operations to move the glass slightly to the top and bottom, holding the switch for several seconds at each end position.
• Repeat until the window reaches the top and remains in position.
