PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Complete 5-piece gas shock absorber and steering damper kit designed for Toyota Hilux 4x4 IFS models and 4Runner/Surf 4x4. Suitable for standard height and up to 50 mm (2") raised suspension. Reference part: ZPN-01933.

INCLUDED COMPONENTS

• 2 x Front gas shock absorbers
• 2 x Rear gas shock absorbers
• 1 x Steering damper

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Suitable for selected Toyota independent front suspension (IFS) 4x4 models with standard height and up to 50 mm raised suspension, approximately 08/1985–2005, including:

• Hilux 4WD – KZN165R, LN107R, LN111R, LN167R, LN172R, RN106L, RN106R, RN110R, RZN169R, RZN174R
• 4Runner / Surf 4x4 – LN61, YN63

FRONT SHOCK SPECIFICATIONS

• Position: Front
• Top mount: Stud / pin
• Bottom mount: Eye with metal sleeve
• Open length: 372 mm
• Closed length: 230 mm

REAR SHOCK SPECIFICATIONS

• Position: Rear
• Top mount: Eye, 19 mm ID rubber
• Bottom mount: Eye, 19 mm ID rubber
• Open length: 606 mm
• Closed length: 360 mm

• Big bore, gas charged design for improved control
• Double chromed 16 mm piston rods
• Low pressure nitrogen gas charge with multi-lip NOK seals
• Individually dyno tested for quality assurance
• 4x4-focused bump and rebound settings for on- and off-road use
