This 7075 billet aluminum foot peg mounting bracket kit is designed as a high-strength replacement for the weak OEM cast brackets commonly found on Sur-Ron and compatible Segway electric bikes. It provides improved durability for aggressive riding, jumping, and long-term use.

Kickstand is not included. The kit is designed to reuse the existing factory kickstand and mounting hardware.

INSTALLATION NOTES

• Direct bolt-on using factory mounting hardware
• Installation may require the kickstand hole to be lightly reamed due to factory bolt size variations
• Always use anti-seize on mounting bolts to ensure smooth threading and even frame pull-in
• Tighten both sides evenly to bring the frame peg mounts back to their original position
• Designed to help correct bent frame mount locations and prevent future frame and peg failures

Never attempt to bend the kickstand mount by pulling on the kickstand. If the kickstand contacts the swingarm, it typically indicates that the frame mounting location is bent. This bracket and support brace system is intended to address that issue when properly installed.
