INSTALLATION & ANTI-PINCH RESET

For vehicles equipped with an electric window motor with anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly initialised after installation. Do not operate the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window. If it moves fully to the top and stays, setup is correct.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Anti-pinch reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly calibrated.
