PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Aeroflow AF98-2019 hand pipe beading tool is designed to create accurate hose-retaining beads on aluminium tubing, helping prevent hose slippage and leaks in custom fluid and fuel systems.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Deburr the inside and outside of the tube end before use
• Apply suitable lubrication to the tool and tube I.D.
• Insert the tool into the tube
• Tighten gradually and rotate the tool to form the bead
• Increase clamping pressure in multiple stages until the desired bead height is achieved

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Do not over-tighten on the first pass; form the bead progressively
• Always deburr hard lines to avoid tube damage and tool wear
• Use appropriate lubrication to ensure a smooth beading operation
