OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure the tube end is deburred before inserting the tool
• Apply appropriate lubrication to the tool and tube ID
• Insert the tool inside the tubing
• Turn the tool slowly while tightening gradually to form the bead
• Increase clamping pressure in multiple stages until the desired bead is achieved

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Tool is designed for gradual beading only – do not fully tighten on the first pass
• Always deburr the hardline before use to prevent damage to the tool and tube
• Lubrication is required for smooth operation and optimal bead quality
