Audi Q5 2.0 TDI 2008–2017 / Porsche Macan S Diesel Fuel Pump Assembly 8R0919050E 95B919050A

Product overview

This new diesel fuel pump assembly suits the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI and Porsche Macan S Diesel, and is referenced to OE part numbers 8R0919050E, 8R0919050D, 95B919050 and 95B919050A. The two vehicles share platform components, which is why one pump covers both. Replacing a worn pump helps resolve symptoms such as slow starting, low-speed hesitation and loss of power.

Technical specifications

Installation requirements

We recommend installation by a qualified diesel technician. Disconnect the battery and catch any spilled fuel during removal. Cleanliness is critical on diesel systems, so cap open lines and keep dirt away from the tank opening. Prime the system after fitting as per the manufacturer's procedure, then check for leaks and stored fault codes. Avoid running the engine with air in the lines, as this can be hard on the injection system.

Fitment checks before ordering

Always confirm fitment by OE part number or VIN before ordering, as Q5 and Macan fuel pumps vary by engine and model year. Checking the connector and outlet positions against your existing unit is also recommended before fitting.
