OVERVIEW

This black CNC billet aluminum shift shaft brace is designed to add support to the shift shaft on Honda CRF110 / CRF110F models, helping reduce the risk of bending and costly transmission damage.

FEATURES

  • CAD-designed and CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum for strength and precision.
  • 16 mm wide oil-embedded bronze bushing for increased support and smoother operation.
  • Helps prevent shift shaft bending and related transmission damage.
  • Improves longevity of the OEM shift shaft under off-road use.

INSTALLATION

  • Fast and simple bolt-on installation.
  • Remove the shifter and the two bolts from the bottom of the ignition cover.
  • Slide the brace over the end of the shift shaft and reinstall the two bolts to secure.
  • Minor trimming may be required to fit the OEM plastic sprocket cover.

NOTES

  • If the shift shaft is already bent, it must be straightened or replaced before installing this brace.
  • Brace may not fit if the shaft is significantly bent due to bearing clearance.
