Product Overview
This equal-length Z-pipe midpipe is designed for the G8x BMW M3 and M4 with the S58 3.0T twin-turbo inline-six. Built from 1.5 mm stainless steel, it replaces the factory centre exhaust section and is suitable for daily driving, street performance and track use as part of a tuned exhaust build.
Key Features and Benefits
- Equal-length Z-pipe configuration
- 1.5 mm stainless steel construction
- Direct replacement for the factory centre section
- Suits daily driving, street and track applications
- Silver natural metal finish
- A solid foundation for a larger exhaust upgrade, such as pairing with an aftermarket rear section
Vehicle Compatibility
The supplier lists fitment for 2021+ BMW G80 M3, 2022+ G81 M3 Touring and 2021+ G82 / G83 M4 with the S58 3.0T. The listing title also mentions M2, and a conflicting year field shows 2015-2019, so please treat this as supplier-stated fitment that has not been independently verified. Confirm compatibility with us before ordering.

Installation and Usage
Supplier describes this as a direct replacement. Even so, midpipe fitment needs a hoist and experience with BMW exhaust systems, so professional installation is recommended. Make sure the new pipe aligns cleanly with the front and rear sections and clears the driveshaft and heat shields, then check for leaks after the first drive and recheck the clamps once the system has been through a few heat cycles.
Package Contents
Sold as a single item: the equal-length Z-pipe midpipe as pictured. Clamps, gaskets and hangers have not been confirmed.
Important Fitment Notice
Please send us your VIN or chassis number before purchase so we can help confirm fitment. Midpipe changes can increase exhaust volume, and New Zealand vehicles must meet noise and WoF requirements. The owner is responsible for compliance. Images are for reference only.
