PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This heavy duty universal U-joint puller is designed for fast, damage-free removal of sealed universal joint bearing cups on a wide range of drivelines. It is suitable for Class 1–3 applications on cars, light-duty trucks, and farm machinery.

FITMENT & CAPACITY

  • Fits U-joints with bearing cups from 1.0" to 1.25" O.D.
  • Suitable for cars, light-duty trucks, and farm machinery.
  • For use with manual or up to 1/2" impact wrench (reverse thread forcing screw).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove all fasteners from the U-joint bearing cups.
  • Position the U-joint puller over the driveline yoke.
  • Turn the forcing screw clockwise using an air or hand wrench (note: reverse thread) until the bearing cup is pressed out.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining bearing cups.

This U-joint puller can be used with up to a 1/2" impact wrench without affecting the tool warranty (where applicable).
