Cooler Block-Off Plate for Ford Ranger PX/PX2 & Mazda BT-50 2.2L 3.2L

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This cooler block-off plate is designed for Ford Ranger PX & PX2 and Mazda BT-50 models from late 2011 to 2015 with 2.2L 4-cylinder and 3.2L 5-cylinder engines. It is used on the cooler side and is intended to help isolate the cooler and provide added protection against cooler failure.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Remove the three bolts connecting the cooler to the exhaust manifold.
• Loosen the mounting bolt of the cooler.
• Apply a suitable silicone sealant around the edges of the plate.
• Slide the plate in on the cooler side of the metal gasket.
• Refit the three bolts and tighten to specification.
• Tighten the cooler mounting bolt.

NOTES

• Professional installation is recommended.
• Use in conjunction with the corresponding secondary plate for full isolation.
