PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This Dawes & needle valve kit is designed to provide precise boost control on a range of TDi engines using variable vane turbochargers. It offers a simple, mechanical solution for managing boost pressure to improve drivability and boost response when correctly installed and tuned.

SUITABLE APPLICATIONS

  • Nissan Patrol 3.0L ZD30
  • Nissan Navara 2.5L (variable vane turbo only)
  • Mitsubishi Triton and other TDi engines using a variable vane turbocharger

Note: This kit does not fit Navara ZD30 models that use a wastegate turbocharger.

KIT CONTENTS

  • 1 x Dawes valve
  • 1 x needle valve
  • 1 x T-piece fitting
  • 1 x 70 cm silicone hose
  • 2 x barb pipe fittings
