Diff Laminating Brace Strengthening Kit Front for Nissan GU Patrol fits Nissan P
This aftermarket kit fits for both GQ & GU easily, if on a GQ or Maverick, 3mm main folded gusset needs to be trimmed down to suit, this is only one straight cut, and in time we will have a bezelled line marking this for you.
This kit has been designed to comprehensively stop your front diff from bending, This is the same kit as used on all the Road Runner Offroad race cars, It is designed to be welded to your Diff housing, so you will need to do some work to get the benefits from this kit,
This kit has been fitted to dozens of vehicles, All our testing has shown this kit can be mounted to the top of the housing without creating any clearance issues between sump and diff, Extended bumpstops may be required, It is advised to check this before welding!!
Fitment:
Fit for Nissan Patrol
Fit GQ GU & Maverick Diff housings
Package:
1 x 3mm folded gusset (can be mounted under or on top of diff)
2 x 8mm Long underside gussets to knuckle
2 x 8mm short top side gussets to knuckle
2 x 6mm back stay braces to ensure Diff does not bend backwards on hard hits.
1 x 6mm Pinion guard, Protect your pinion from hard hits.
8 x 3mm Radius arm bolt washers - to ensure bolts do not flog out the housing.
1 x 8mm drain plug ring - to protect your drain plug.
This kit has been designed to use on both GQ & GU easily, if on a GQ or Maverick, the length of the main 3mm folded gusset needs to be trimmed down to suit, this is only one straight cut, and in time we will have a bezelled line marking this for you.
