WINDOW REGULATOR ANTI-PINCH RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle is equipped with a window regulator motor with anti-pinch function and the window drops after reaching the top, the motor may require resetting.

• Do not test the motor before it is fully installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• After installation, connect the motor to the one-touch window switch and check that the window travels fully up.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
