WINDOW REGULATOR ANTI-PINCH RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle is equipped with a window regulator motor with anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly initialised after installation. Do not power the motor before it is fitted in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to raise the window fully; if the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
