Passenger side oil catch can kit designed to fit inline between the crankcase breather hose and the air intake. It removes oily sludge and condensation to help prevent intercooler and turbo contamination and buildup. The filter element is typically serviced at approximately 40,000 km intervals, depending on operating conditions.

MAINTENANCE
- Drain catch can approximately every 5,000 km (more frequently in heavy-duty or dusty conditions).
- Replace the filter element around 40,000 km, depending on usage and environment.
- Replacement filter elements are available separately.

| Step1 | Identify Install Area (passengers side of engine bay).Remove plastic engine cover |
| Step2 | Identify fixing location. Remove OEM bracket. Fit the Bracket on studs. Return OEM bracket. |
| Step3 | Before attaching Oil Catch Can to bracket, Swivel Inlet in to Position • Attach Drain Hose to base |
| Step4 | Fit Oil Catch Can to Bracket • Bolt the Bracket in to place |
| Step5 | Feed the Drain Hose down through the engine bay and secure. Secure - with bolt, hose clamp and cable ties. |
| Step6 | Remove Breather Hose from between the Crankcase Outlet and the Air Intake. |
| Step7 | Fit Hose from Oil Catch Can Lower Outlet to Air Intake. Secure with clamps. |
| Step8 | Fit Hose from Oil Catch Can Top Inlet to Crankcase Outlet. Secure with clamps. Cable-tie hoses to minimise rubbing. Double check all clamps are tight. |
