Oil Catch Can Kit for Toyota Landcruiser 200VDJ 4.5L 2008-on Passenger Side
Description:

This unit fits inline between hose from the top of the crankcase back to the air intake, removing oily sludge and condensation, saving the intercooler and turbo from blocking up. The filter element is normally changed at about 40,000 kms intervals.

Yes unit, bracket, hoses, fittings, drain kit, and installation guide.
Caution ** Ensure the engine is OFF & COOL before installation ! **
Step1 Identify Install Area (passengers side of engine bay).Remove plastic engine cover
Step2 Identify fixing location. Remove OEM bracket. Fit the Bracket on studs. Return OEM bracket.
Step3 Before attaching Oil Catch Can to bracket, Swivel Inlet in to Position • Attach Drain Hose to base
Step4 Fit Oil Catch Can to Bracket • Bolt the Bracket in to place
Step5 Feed the Drain Hose down through the engine bay and secure. Secure - with bolt, hose clamp and cable ties.
Step6 Remove Breather Hose from between the Crankcase Outlet and the Air Intake.
Step7 Fit Hose from Oil Catch Can Lower Outlet to Air Intake. Secure with clamps.
Step8 Fit Hose from Oil Catch Can Top Inlet to Crankcase Outlet. Secure with clamps. Cable-tie hoses to minimise rubbing. Double check all clamps are tight.
Step9 Replace engine cover. Ensure all tools have been removed from the engine bay.
