PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This billet foot peg mounting bracket package is engineered as a high-strength replacement for Sur-Ron and Segway electric bikes. CNC machined from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, it is designed to replace weak OEM cast brackets and provide improved durability for aggressive riding.

Kickstand is not included. The kit is designed to reuse the existing factory components for straightforward installation.

INSTALLATION NOTES

• Direct replacement using factory bolts and mounting points
• Installation may require the kickstand hole to be lightly reamed due to factory bolt size variations
• Always use anti-seize on mounting hardware to ensure smooth threading and even clamping
• Tighten both sides evenly so the frame peg mounts are pulled back to their original position
• Once the frame contacts the billet bracket surfaces evenly and the support brace is installed, the frame is effectively reinforced and boxed
• Do not attempt to bend the kickstand mount by hand to correct swingarm contact; this indicates a bent frame mounting location, which the support brace is designed to address
