INSTALLATION & ANTI-PINCH NOTE

If your vehicle is equipped with a window regulator motor that has an anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly set up after installation to ensure proper operation.

Reset procedure for anti-pinch function (where applicable):

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch. Pull the switch up to confirm the window goes fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the procedure until it remains closed.
