ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTOR UNITS)

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly set up after installation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, as the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves down slightly to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up and confirm it remains at the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
