Anti-Pinch Function Setup (If Applicable)

If your vehicle is equipped with an anti-pinch or one-touch window function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and verify it no longer drops.

If the window still drops at the top, repeat the reset procedure until the function is correctly set.
