ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS)

If your electric window motor has an anti-pinch function and the window drops back down after reaching the top position, the motor may need to be reset after installation.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check if it remains at the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds with the window at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds with the window at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
