ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTORS WITH ONE-TOUCH FEATURE)

If your vehicle uses a window motor with an anti-pinch/one-touch function, resetting may be required after installation.

• Install the motor in the door and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window. If the window goes up and then drops slightly, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the above steps until successful.
