ANTI-PINCH MOTOR FUNCTION – IMPORTANT NOTE

This regulator is designed to work with compatible electric motors, including those with anti-pinch/one-touch functions. If your motor has an anti-pinch feature, follow the reset procedure after installation to ensure correct operation.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE (FOR MOTORS WITH THIS FEATURE)

• Install the motor on the regulator and mount the assembly in the door.
• Connect the one-touch window switch and test operation.
• If the window goes up and then drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top and confirm it remains closed.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset sequence until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
