ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Some electric window motors feature an anti-pinch safety function. Do not test the motor outside the door assembly, as the function may require resetting.

If the window reaches the top and then drops down, follow this reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the procedure.
