ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor is compatible with anti-pinch (one-touch) systems. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the anti-pinch function to fault and require resetting.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• The motors are pre-tested and preset before dispatch.
• Install the motor, connect it to the one-touch window switch, then operate the switch to confirm full window travel.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops, repeat the procedure until successful.
