ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET NOTICE

If your vehicle uses an electric window motor with anti-pinch (one-touch) function, correct setup is critical. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to raise the window. If it reaches the top and then drops down, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window no longer moves down after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
