ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTORED REGULATORS)

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch function, correct setup is required to ensure one-touch operation works properly.

• Do not test the motor before it is fully installed in the door.
• Install the motor on the regulator and connect the one-touch window switch.
• If the window goes up and then drops after reaching the top, perform a reset.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top and check it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until successful.
