ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

For regulators equipped with an anti-pinch motor function, the motor may require resetting after installation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this may cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require reset.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until normal operation is achieved.
