ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTICE

Some window motors include an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. Incorrect testing or installation can cause this feature to malfunction.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Motors are pre-tested and set correctly prior to dispatch.
• Install the motor, connect the one-touch switch, and operate the window fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, an anti-pinch reset is required.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is successful if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the procedure.
