ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can affect the anti-pinch calibration.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door and connect the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check for correct operation.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the reset is successful.
