note for window regulator motor with anti-pinch function
Instruction for setting anti-pinch function for electric motors
-
– Do not test the motor before setting in the door, or the anti-pinch function
will fail and must reset in the following way.
-
– The motors had been tested and set up correctly before they were delivered.
-
– Install the motor and connect with the one-touch window switch. Pull up the
switch and it is correct if the window goes up all the way.
-
– If the window drops down after reaching its top end then the reset is
necessary for the anti-pinch function.
Instruction for the reset
-
Step 1: Pull the window switch very shortly to make the
window go up slightly to the top.

Step 2: Pull the one-touch switch up for 3-5 seconds in the
top.

Step 3: Press the window switch very shortly to make the
the window go down slightly to the bottom.

Step 4: Press the one-touch switch down for 3-5 seconds in
the bottom.
-
Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to make window go up to
the top.
Resetting completed if window didn't go down after reaching the top.
If it goes down after reaching to the top, please repeat the above steps until
it succeed.

Our Part manufacturer warranty is 12 Months from date of invoice or receiving of product if order online, unless specified otherwise. All parts must be fitted by qualified auto mechanic to maintain the warranty.
All Window Regulator Switches warranty period are 3 Months.
All Halogen Bulbs are no warranty.
Our Part warranty cover part only and will not cover installation labour cost or services provided by a third party.
We will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered as a result of any person failing to follow instructions relating to usage or installation of product, material and/or product modifications, failing to appropriately maintain or store them or using them for an unintended purpose(s).
Warranty Claim
In case of product faulty claim, you will need to send the item back to be conducted an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. The products that are likely to require assessment include electrical and specially procured items. The assessment may take up to 2-6 weeks.
We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the assessment has been complete.
The warranty claim process is normally take 3 to 5 Business days of receiving item or after assessment completed.

What Items Can Be Returned?
All standard products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or not fit for its intended purpose, in accordance with consumer law.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You must provide a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Products cannot be returned if they have been modified, tampered with, damaged, or incorrectly installed.
- Electrical items cannot be returned if the original seal is broken.
After 30 days, all purchases are considered final and not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Lodge a return through eBay.
- Provide your reason of return.
- Wait for return instructions from eBay.
- Package your item securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered
- Warranty returns
- UAP Auto Parts will only cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Return postage will apply for uncollected parcels returned to us.
Refunds & Credits
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item or completing any required product assessment.
- Refunds cover the product cost only — not the shipping fees.
- Refunds will be made through eBay Managed Payments.
In-Store Returns
You can return items in person:
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The store address will be shown on your tax invoice. eBay policy prohibits us from displaying it here.
Damaged Items
- Photos of the damaged item
- Packaging and shipping label
- We may ask you to bring the damaged parcel to local post office for damaged assessment if the parcel was delivered by Australia Post.
We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Product Assessment (Faulty Items)
Some returns, especially electrical or custom products, may require a formal assessment.
This process may involve the manufacturer or repair agent, and we’ll notify you once it's complete.
Special Notice for Window Regulators & Motors
For window regulators with motors and standalone window motors:
- Tamper-evident seals and labels are applied to plugs and motor housings.
- Do not remove these seals. Removal may void eligibility for return or refund, subject to our inspection.
If you need help finding the right part or have any questions, please here via eBay Messages. We will reply as soon as we can during business hours.
Cancel order must be requested through eBay. We do not accept cancel order by message.
Any cancel request after item is dispatched is unacceptable.
Postal address
Please double check your postal address before placing order. We are not responsible for missing parcel in case of providing wrong address or changing address after placing order. It is your responsibility to contact the courier or post office to redirect the parcel and pay for the cost of redirection. If the parcel returns to sender because of wrong address, changing address or unclaimed parcel we will charge a return postage.
Warehouse collection
We will email or text you once your order is ready for collection. And you will have 30 days to collect your order.
If your order is not collected within 14 days, our staff will contact you using the details you provided when you placed the order.
If your order is not collected within 30 days, we will credit the amount of the order back to the credit / debit card or PayPal account you used when you placed the order.
Collecting your order
You will be able to collect your order during our trading hours.
Once your order has been processed, we email you with a confirmation with a date we expect your order to be ready for collection.
It is helpful to have your order confirmation email available. If this information is not available when you collect your order, you will need to provide photo identification and details about your order (including your name and the products) to our warehouse staff and they will locate your order for you.
For orders over $100 a driver's license will be required for the collection of your order.
Delivery Option selected
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you may provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address.
If you do not provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address and no one is available to accept delivery, or we are unable to find a safe place to leave the product, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method. This may include re-delivery or collection from your local post office or courier depot. Note: If Re-delivery requested, freight may be applied)
You acknowledge and agree that any person at your nominated address who accepts the delivery from us, is authorised to do so. We (or our courier) may require the person who accepting delivery to provide proof of identity and proof of age.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a product after delivery has been made or for loss or damage caused after good delivered to your nominated address.
We only delivery or post to any valid address where a product is ordered through our website.
Delivery / Post/Ship
We use various courier companies depending on your location, type of item and cost. When you place an order, if you choose the delivery option you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost of delivery to your postal address significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.
