ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

The motor features an anti-pinch function. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch; the window should go fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the glass moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the glass moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the above steps until successful.
