ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)
For motors with anti-pinch and one-touch function, the feature may need to be initialised after installation.
- Do not operate the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch may require resetting.
- Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
- Operate the switch to check if the window travels fully up and stays at the top.
- If the window drops after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function as outlined below.
ANTI-PINCH RESET STEPS
- Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
- Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
- Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
- Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
- Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.
If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until successful.
