ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF EQUIPPED)

If the motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function, follow these guidelines during installation:

• Do not test the motor before it is fully installed in the door, as the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• Motors are factory-tested and preset before dispatch.
• Install the motor, connect it to the one-touch window switch and raise the window. Correct operation is when the glass travels fully to the top and remains there.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Anti-pinch reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Use the one-touch function to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the steps until correct operation is achieved.
