Anti-Pinch Function Reset (Where Applicable)

For regulators and motors with anti-pinch function, the motor must be set up correctly after installation. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may need to be reset.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up and check that the window goes fully to the top.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and verify it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the function is correctly learned.
