• With the window at the top, pull the switch briefly to move it slightly upwards.
• Hold the one-touch up position for around 3–5 seconds.
• Move the window slightly down, then hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Raise the window fully using the one-touch function and confirm it no longer drops.

Repeat the reset procedure if the window still moves down after reaching the top.
