ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If the vehicle uses an anti-pinch one-touch window function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• If the window fully closes and then drops slightly, perform a reset of the anti-pinch function.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
